An article by SEAT co-founder Laura Snyder that was recently published in Tax Notes Federal is now available.
The article is entitled “Overseas Americans Are Ordinary People, Not FATCAts.”
In the article, Snyder examines a recent IRS working paper on the wealth of U.S. persons held outside the United States and argues that it confirms that overseas Americans are ordinary people with ordinary income and wealth.
