Documenting the Struggle for Residence Based Taxation

It has now been 12 years since FATCA became US law. While FATCA did not cause the problem of citizenship based taxation, it highlighted the need for change. Over the past 12 years, there have been many initiatives and many people who have tried to highlight the injustice of citizenship taxation. No one has been as persistent and vocal in this struggle as John Richardson.

As we continue to advocate for residence based taxation, it can be difficult to remember where to find various resources. John has compiled a list of surveys, websites, videos and other resources that we can use to help make the case for change. You can find the list at
